Frank Calabrese - Frank grew up knowing that he was going to be in the electrical business. His family was involved in electrical distribution and showrooms his entire life. In the late 1990's, it took a turn when the company was sold, so Frank started 3 lighting showrooms. Shortly after, he realized that it was not for him, however, during that time, he forged a strong friendship with Michael Estrin. This was the time Frank knew he wanted to be a rep, and Michael knew that he needed Frank to round out the agency. Over a stack of pancakes at Perkins Restaurant, the makings of a strong partnership were forged.

Frank is a real people person, and he quickly learned another side of the business. He concentrated on job orientated business, with a strong emphasis on the electrical distributor. He has tremendous integrity and ability to carry out the project. Today, he spends his days with the electrical distributors, and helping them improve the purchases of his products. He is always with contractors promoting for the distributor.

Frank spends his free time being, in the words of Michael Estrin, one of the greatest fathers ever. He is a true family man! If he is not camping with one of his three boys, he is visiting colleges with one of them, going to all their sports events, or going to the NY Football Giants home games. Frank sneaks in dinner with his wife Lisa as often as possible. Frank also loves to eat, so watch out when around shrimp cocktails, you may not get any!

Growing up in Bergenfield, NJ, he often helped his dad do electrical work on weekends. After graduating High School in 1975 he moved to California where he attended Santa Monica College. Mark worked tending bar during school, but occasionally did small electrical jobs. Word of mouth brought more and more electrical work. Mark was in love, and applied for and attained his electrical contractor's license. Soon after, he found himself so busy; he hired more contactors for additional help. For sixteen years he was self-employed successful electrical contractor.

After marrying and having a daughter and son, his wife Claudia, a California native began talking about moving east! Soon after, their minds were made up. They moved to Warwick, New York in 1998. Mark was offered an opportunity to introduce the electrical products of the L.H. Dottie Company to the New York metro area. Although Mark never sold products before, he quickly learned that he could do it well. Shortly after, he met Frank Calabrese.
Frank and Mark found they had some things in common; they had lived in Bergenfield as kids, they are of Italian heritage, and they have a love of food (lots of food)...and sales.

Frank quickly arranged a meeting with Michael at the Tic-Tock Diner. It was there that they made him an offer he couldn't refuse...lunch! (This was an excellent lunch!) And by the way, there was also a job offer. (They realized it was cheaper to pay him rather than to feed him.) Mark was hired and it ahs been an honor to work together ever since.

Mark spends his free time with his wife and kids, coaching baseball, and loving life.

Joe started out in his work career as a contractor doing installations of plumbing. At some point he knew that his career path needed to change. He found his way to work at a top showroom/electrical supply company in New Jersey. He learned his craft from Ken Hurley, who was an exceptionally talented lighting professional. His responsibilities grew from Showroom sales to purchasing and merchandising. Michael knew him well for these six years as a top performer in the showroom. As time went by, he knew it was time to become a sales representative to expand his rising abilities. Soon after, Michael Estrin and Joe got back in contact with one another. Bam, then they were working together. Joe has the same qualities that Michael was looking for in an agent, honest, hard working nice individual who can give the best of customer service. Joe truly uses his talents to help merchandise his accounts.

Joe has many hobbies from plumbing to travel. There are few people that have traveled as extensively as Joe has.

Mandy has been married to Michael since 1984. It was a world wind romance that took them from Boston, to Houston, then to New Jersey where they live today with their two children. Mandy never asked to be part of the business, but was slowly entrenched by Michael. One day he asked if she could make a few follow up phone calls for him. This was before cell phones were available. Before she knew it, she was a full time member of a growing team. She is a valuable part of the agency, and for years, the person on the other end of the phone.

Mandy loves to shop, eat, travel, go to the beach, watching movies and having fun. She spends most of her non work time devoted to her family. Frequently she can be found on Cape Cod visiting her sister. Watch out talking sports with her, she is a avid sports fan, especially the Yankees

Jodie obtained her BA degree in Art in 2000 while living in Michigan. She quickly found work with a highly respected interior designer from Chicago. While working as a designer, it was her first exposure to Lighting, and she knew that she needed more. She then found new work in a showroom in Michigan, learning about products and sales. After four years, she relocated to New Jersey. A mutual friend introduced her to Michael and Frank. Quickly she was working at the agency. Her responsibilities include quotations, product questions, lighting layouts, and spreading the word of the product lines that Estrin-Calabrese Sales Agency represents. Jodie assists many designers, architects and lighting designers every week. She is happy to help!

On the weekends, there is no body busier than Jodie. She travels to see her friends and family, or they are coming to see her. Boy is she busy!

Mariann and Mandy have been friends for almost 20 years. In fact, when Michael and Mandy moved to New Jersey, Mandy was the replacement for Mariann at an advertising firm when she began her family. Soon after, Michael and Mandy moved to the town that Mariann lived. Mariann started working a day or two a week just helping out in the office. As time went buy, she became a regular part of the agency.

Mariann spends her off time with her family, and of course, spending tons of money.
